Purchase Ticket(s) Through TicketCharge


Online Purchase
1. System is customized and best viewed with Internet Explorer.
2. Online Purchase System is set to permit 250 concurrent users.
3. Please note that chosen seat(s) will be auto-released if your booking/payment process exceeds provision time of 10 minutes.
4. VISA and MASTER Credit Cards (must be with 3D-Secure system covered by the issuing banks) are accepted.  Debit card is NOT acceptable.
5. No second party’s credit card shall be used for ticket purchase. TicketCharge reserves the right to request for your Personal identification card and Credit Card for verification when required.
6. There will be a Handling Fee of RM10.00 for each ticket transaction. Customers are allowed to purchase up to a maximum of 10 tickets in EACH transaction.  
7. A “Transaction Confirmation with Transaction Number” will be sent via email to you within one (01) working day upon your completion of ticket booking with payment charged to your credit card. 
It is important that you provide us with a valid email address. TicketCharge will not be held responsible for non-delivery of “Transaction Confirmation” due to incorrect email address provided.
8.  TicketCharge will not be responsible if you encounter any loss in internet connection during the payment process. In the event your credit card is charged but seats are not secured, TicketCharge will refund to you IN FULL the amount charged.
9. Please select the options for ticket delivery (i.e. By Courier Service, Venue Collection or Collection at TicketCharge’s office) when you make your online ticket purchase. Kindly note that TicketCharge requires ten (10) working days to arrange for courier delivery. No courier service will be available for online booking made below
   - Within Malaysia: less than ten (10) days before the date of Event 
 - Overseas: less than fourteen (14) days before the date of Event

There will be a Handling Fee of RM10.00 for every transaction.
ONLY Credit card holder can perform the phone booking personally.
All sales are final.  There will be no cancellation or changes allowed once transaction is completed.
You can also visit TicketCharge Office/Call Centre to purchase ticket(s).

Payment for tickets purchased via Phone Booking can be made via Credit Card only by the credit card holder.  Debit card is not acceptable.
Payment for tickets purchased via walk-in can be made via Cash or Credit Card.
Tickets can still be purchased via Phone Booking up to 1 business day before the event. Purchased tickets can be collected at the Box Office at the event venue 2 hours before the event starts.
