Kindly note that TicketCharge requires ten (10) working days for ticket(s) delivery. No courier service will be available for online booking made below:

  - Within Malaysia: less than ten (10) days before the date of Event 
- Overseas: less than fourteen (14) days before the date of Event 
Note: You are required to collect your tickets at the venue on event day.
  * working days means Monday to Friday

You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and include subject "Change of Address" and “Transaction Number” in the email content. Please note that TicketCharge will not entertain change of mailing address if Ticket(s) have already been sent out.

Delivery within Malaysia is free. Additional delivery charges will be incurred for delivery outside of Malaysia as follow: 

Within Malaysia - FREE
Australia, New Zealand - RM 150
Indonesia, Brunei, Thailand - RM 140
Singapore - RM 45
USA, Canada, Japan, Korea - RM 130
Hong Kong, Taiwan, Philippine, Vietnam RM 110
(#Price quoted subject to change based on the postcode of the mailing address given.  Certain area(s) might be out of the standard zone/coverage of the courier company.  Shall there be additional charges need to top up, we will notify you via email.)

Self Collection / Venue Collection:

Ticket(s) purchased via Online/Phone Purchase will be couriered to you by default. In the event you wish to change the delivery method to Self Collection / Venue Collection, kindly send us an email at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. immediately upon receiving the “Transaction Confirmation” email and include subject "Change of Delivery" and “Order ID” in the email content.

2. Tickets cannot be collected on behalf but strictly by the person stated in the contact address / address for delivery. Please present your personal ID and the Credit Card used in the transaction for verification when collecting the tickets.

If you assign another person to collect your ticket(s), you must produce an Authorization Letter, photocopy of the credit card used to make payment, together with the cardholder’s NRIC or passport upon ticket collection. Failing which, TicketCharge reserves the right not to release the ticket(s).

For Venue Collection, Ticket(s) can be collected at the venue Box Office two (02) hours before the event starts. However the time for collection varies depending on events. Kindly check with TicketCharge's Customer Service for latest information.
