• All phone bookings will be charged by visa/mastercard only. Cash payment to walk-in to TicketCharge office (unit 29-5 MidValley Boulevard office) or Lot10 Information Counter (Ground Floor).

• No refund or exchange of tickets will be made under any circumstances except pursuant to event postponement or cancellation.  All sales are final.

• Replacement of lost ticket is subjective upon presenting a proper supporting document and for purchase via TicketCharge only.  Penalty will be imposed for replacement of lost ticket.

• Concert Theme : SUNSHINE YELLOW (include dress code).

• Children age 3 years & above require a valid ticket for admission.

• No bags are allowed at concert venue.

• Outside Food or Drinks are NOT ALLOWED in the park premises.

• Strictly NO Camera or recording devices are permitted. Organiser have the right to confiscate such item.

• Smoking is prohibited in and around the Event areas and the surf beach.

• All ticket holders agree to be bound by the rules and regulations of the theme park as displayed at the entrance.

• All ticket holders warrant that they have read these Conditions of Entry carefully. By entering the Event venue, tickets holders signal their complete acceptance and full understanding of these Conditions of Entry.

• Entry to the Event venue is subject to space and safety regulations.  The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry to the Event without liability.

• The organisers and Sunway Lagoon Sdn Bhd reserve the right to postpone, cancel or change all or any part of the event at any time without incurring any liability for loss or hardship.

• The organisers, Sunway Lagoon Sdn Bhd, Event sponsors, their parent company and subsidiaries and affiliated companies, their successors and assigns, directors, officers, employees and agents of all of them shall not be held liable or responsible for any injuries (including personal injury, disability, dismemberment and death), illness, losses, damages, claims, liabilities or expenses, of any kind or nature that arise before, during and/or after the Event.

• Ticket holders agree to assume all responsibility personally for all the risk and dangers incidental to the Event, whether before, during or after the Event in and/or around the Event venue.

• Ticket holders shall follow all instructions given by the authorised personnel of organisers and Sunway Lagoon Sdn Bhd.

• Ticket holders agree to be searched for any prohibited items, including but not limited to weapons, illegal substances, recording devices, food and drinks.

• Tickets collection for PRE-BOOKINGS is at least TWO hour prior to show time. Please bring IC or Passport for collection and letter of confirmation from organiser.
